
| The patented wave rubber
surround cone assembly is our new developed products. The double roll surround
had been used for speakers for a long time. The material could be PU foam
for car, home hi-fi or cloth surround for PA speaker. It has the benefits
of lighting weight. The new developed wave shape rubber surround is different
to the traditional rubber, PU foam or cloth material. Following table will
show you the differences. |

The wave rubber surround cone assembly provides excellent linearity than other surrounds. Also it has flat frequency response upon our R/D testing. |
Structured polypropylene speaker cone
| The stiffness is a very important factor for speaker cone body. It almost is an essential requirement for cone assembly parts. Polypropylene cone is very common material for cone application; it has good damping, heat resistance and economic consideration. The PP cone filled with mineral filler to increase the stiffness. The more filler in, the cone stiffer, but the weight is also higher. Sometimes the mineral filled PP still can't meet the stiffness requirement; we therefore developed the Structured cone body to strengthen the stiffness by mechanical construction. |
Fine polysilk soft dome diaphragm
| The lightest polysilk
dome diaphragm The lightest polysilk dome was successfully developed in our Lab. Dome tweeter is a very good tweeter for Hi Fi speakers. It has better high frequency dispersion than cone or horn type, but the dome tweeter has the problem to have higher efficiency and higher frequency response caused by the weight of dome diaphragm. The new developed polysilk dome diaphragm settled the weight concern and frequency response. We successfully control the weight to be 0.12g for 20mm, 0.16g for 25mm and 0.22g for 28mm. |
| Damping material coating
The polysilk dome diaphragm was treated with high damping material. Our R/D did lots of testing to find the best damping material, which won't over damp the dome diaphragm and also flatten the frequency response. |
